Saturday run/hike

We’ve had to reschedule this week’s run/hike to Saturday, July 21! We are going to explore the trails at Nymph Falls (not Tomato Creek!)

Meet in the Nymph Falls parking lot on Forbidden Plateau Rd in Courtenay. Be ready to go at 10am. Join the running group or the hiking group for approximately 2 hours on the trails.

Remember to dress for the weather and bring your own hydration and snack. See you there!
