Some SNSC hikers and runners set off from the Raven Lodge. September 2013
SNSC membership has benefits. On a practical level, membership means you are insured when you participate in SNSC winter programs, but membership also means that you can take part in SNSC socials and events all year round. If you have ever attended an SNSC event, you know that you are always in good company!
Additionally, membership means you get 10% off purchases at Ski Tak Hut in Courtenay and Raven Retail at Mount Washington Nordic. Last winter, members also participated for free in back-country ski trips led by experienced back-country leader Andrew Pape-Salmon.
This fall, we are enjoying a variety of all-club run/hikes. Many SNSC members join in the running group and the hiking group to explore trails by foot, enjoy the camaraderie of fellow nordic skiers, and get fit for the ski season. Hope to see you at some events! Check the SNSC News and Calendar pages for run/hike schedule updates.
Membership prices for 2013 – 2014 are Family membership $80, Individual membership — Child $27, Adult $37, Senior $27 *We’ll be updating this page soon for the 2014-15 season.
Remember, if you want to participate in any of our programs or events, you need to be a member. Membership is valid from October 1 this year until October 31 of next year. You can become a member (and register for programs) on Zone 4 beginningOctober 1.
