Welcome to the Strathcona Nordic Ski Club (SNSC) video contest!
All SNSC members are welcome (encouraged!) to submit their homemade nordic ski videos. You can video your program, your team, your family, and/or your friends having fun on cross-country skis. Edit your video down to three minutes or less. NEW–The deadline for entries is March 25 at 7pm! At the Loppet on March 26, we’ll announce the Grand Prize Winner! There will also be a Monthly Prize Winner that will be announced in the first Wednesday newsletter of February and March!
You can cast a vote for a video using the comments section below. Voting is only open to members and your vote will only be counted once per month. Stay tuned to learn more about the exciting prizes!
Here’s the process:
1. Upload your finished (3-minute or shorter) SNSC video to YouTube.
2. Send a link to your YouTube video to info@StrathconaNordics.com.
3. Revel in the glory of being a hotshot nordic videographer.
4. Maybe win a prize!
Note: There is a chance that your nordic ski video may also be selected by the International Ski Federation (FIS) for viewing on their website, so be prepared to become an international nordic film star!
