Head Coach
Bertrand Hamoumraoui skied for the U23 France team, is coaching certified in France and challenged his coaching certification in Whistler, BC. He loves all parts of skiing - from the club connections, to racing, coaching athletes of all ages and waxing. Before joining the Strathcona Nordic Ski Club Community, he was working in Whistler and coached some of our Vancouver Island Biathlon Club athletes. Bertrand's technical knowledge is a strength, along with his energy and approachability. A fun fact - he also trained as a pastry chef :)

Program Coordinator
Michelle Willard has worked as a program coordinator at historic sites, community centres, and museums throughout BC. She is passionate about recreation, arts and culture and enjoys engaging with diverse communities. She lives in Comox with her family and they joined the Strathcona Nordic Ski Club in 2017 as club volunteers and program participants.
