Bunnyrabbit & Jackrabbit Program:

In recognition of the tremendous amount of work needed to run the Strathcona Nordic Ski Club (SNSC) programs, each Bunnyrabbit & Jackrabbit family is asked to volunteer time throughout the season. Volunteers can contact the SDP program coordinator to sign-up. See below for more detail on specific positions.

The Skill Development Program (SDP) relies heavily on people power – the effort, enthusiasm and commitment of the parent and guardian volunteers is what ultimately determines the success of the program. In order to ensure that we can continue to provide a high quality program for our children and youth, SNSC has developed a volunteer policy which requires one adult member of each family contribute six hours of volunteer time to a program or event.

Below is a list of some of the volunteer positions you can sign up for. The SDP Coordinator will also reach out to families throughout the season with volunteer requests for other events. Please do your part by being actively involved.

Thank you in advance for volunteering your time!
